I sadly got a chili stain on this sweater and was going to buy another, but decided to give visible mending a try. https://www.reddit.com/r/Visiblemending/ if you are interested at looking at other examples. I had a bunch of embroidery thread that I inherited from my grandmother. It’s sat in my closet for years but of course I couldn’t part with it. She taught me the chain stitch as a child, but through Pinterest I was able to find a ton of other stitches to try. I think for my first attempt it came out pretty good! I also saved myself at least 30 bucks by not having to buy another sweater.
